‘Bitten by the bug’ at an early age, I am passionate about arts and cultural organizations. I have been a musician, arts manager, pedagogue and researcher, bilingually spanning Toronto and Montréal in Canada. A hallmark of my work is bringing people together locally and nationally for collective reflection and knowledge sharing.
As a researcher, I offer insights to academic and professional practice communities to expand understanding of arts management: organizational challenges and strategies to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
